Privacy notice

1. Application data and purpose

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, city or region, application type (company or creator), selected language, consent and submission date. Companies also provide their business name and a website or social profile link; creators provide an Instagram or TikTok profile and their content focus. You may optionally add a message.

We use these details to review applications, prepare early access and contact you about your application and the Privela launch in line with your consent. We do not collect payment details. Providing a profile link does not connect your social account. Admission decisions are not made automatically.

2. Hosting and access

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Applications are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. OpenAI and Cloudflare participate in providing the technical service. Applications are not publicly visible. Access to the application table and CSV export is restricted to the configured owner account.

The hosting platform does not guarantee Swiss data residency. Processing outside Switzerland is therefore possible. The specific processing countries and applicable transfer safeguards have not yet been fully established for this deployment. For questions, contact Lyvity GmbH at info@lyvity.com.

3. Technical data and usage statistics

When you visit the website, connection data needed to serve the site is transmitted to the hosting infrastructure, including your IP address, requested page, time and information sent by your browser. This enables delivery and operation of the website.

OpenAI Sites automatically provides visitor and page-view statistics. We have not added advertising trackers, social media pixels or external analytics SDKs to the website. Images are served with the site. The public application form does not require a ChatGPT login; the protected administration area uses Sign in with ChatGPT.

4. Retention

Application data is intended for reviewing and organising prelaunch applications and related contact. A fixed retention period and automatic deletion have not yet been configured. Data therefore remains stored until deletion is arranged.

You can request deletion at info@lyvity.com. Lyvity GmbH will assess such requests taking applicable legal obligations into account.

5. Your rights and contact

Swiss data protection law applies. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data and information about its processing, as well as correction or deletion. You may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time with effect for the future.

You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) regarding data protection concerns.

6. External links and changes

When you follow an external link, that website’s privacy information applies. We will update this notice if Privela’s data processing or services change.
